Darksiders II

Darksiders II (GRID streaming only) tells the story of Death, who gets awakened by the End of Days in this apocalyptic role-playing action game. Play as Death, one of Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, setting out to redeem his brother's name, War. Players hack and slash through the bad guys on the quest to prove War's innocence by going to see the Keeper of Secrets. The enemy tries to stop Death's journey and Death has to fight his way through them so he can prove his brother didn't start the War of the Four Horsemen (from the first installment of the game, also available on the GRID).

The strange premise of Darksiders II gets redeemed, pun intended, by the excellent game play and fun action. We enjoy the dark and creepy look of this beautiful game. An intriguing back story pulls the player into the game's excellent action. It's one of the most enjoyable role-playing games on the Shield TV GRID service.
