10 Important Galaxy Note 5 vs. iPhone 6 Plus Details

Apple's iPhone 6 Plus comes with a gorgeous 5.5-inch Retina HD display that includes 1080 resolution. Its size is perfect for gaming, watching a movie while traveling or getting some work done on a commute. These things are all great on the Galaxy Note series as well. 

Samsung's Galaxy Note series is known for its big screens and for making use of the big screen with excellent screen resolution and multitasking software. We haven't heard much about the software but we have heard that Samsung could release a bigger better display. 

Galaxy Note 5 rumors point to either a Quad HD display or an Ultra HD display. We're not sure which but either one would beat out the iPhone 6 Plus' display from a resolution standpoint. How it might compare with the iPhone 6 Plus dispaly is not known but it's important to note that industry experts gave Samsung's Quad HD display high marks. Samsung's display panels are among the best.

The exact size of the display is unknown but it looks like it could be around 5.89-inches, or, a little larger than the Galaxy Note 4's 5.7-inch display. This doesn't necessarily mean that it will be bigger than the iPhone 6 Plus though. Samsung could simply trim the bezels to keep the big screen in an approachable package.
