All indications are that the S Pen stylus will be back with the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and if that's true, it will help separate the device from the iPhone 6s Plus and its big screen. 

Rumors suggest that Samsung will make improvements to the Galaxy Note 5's S Pen stylus though it’s not clear what that entails.
