The HTC One X Android 4.4 KitKat update isn't going to roll out. HTC hasn't put forth a declaration about the update but it's pretty clear that the software is dead in the water. Those that are skeptical only need to look at the latest information. HTC's Mo Versi claims that there are no plans to update the device to Android 4.4 KitKat and with its second birthday coming up and those 18 months of support gone, Android 4.4 KitKat is nothing more than a pipe dream.
