If you're coming from iOS 8, now would be a great time to update your apps. We've seen a steady stream of iOS 9 compatibility updates and they should help you make your transition from iOS 8 (or older) to iOS 9 a whole lot smoother. If you're already on iOS 9, you'll also want to dig into the latest updates. I updated iPad to 9.1 last night 10/27/15. This morning, Google app won’t open and bricks the device. It took me 3 tries to get iPad to shut down so I could reboot. NEVER had a problem before 9.1. Confidence? I think not

I don’t know about the google app but I lost all my contacts and cannot re-load them. This is a big problem – any fixes?
