If you're worried about problems or you're already seeing problems, it's important to know that you can no longer downgrade back to iOS 8.3. Prior to this week, iPhone 4s users were able to trial iOS 8.4. And if it wasn't up to snuff, they could drop back to iOS 8.3. Now that Apple is no longer signing on iOS 8.3, once iOS 8.4 is installed on the iPhone 4s, there is no going back. This makes the decision to install a much more difficult one, especially for those of you still on an older version of iOS like iOS 7 or iOS 6. After the update 8.4 I m facing an issue –the mike has stopped working and now I have to talk on speaker since the update .Before the update the phone was working perfect .

Hmmm, I am on IOS 6.1.3! I could care less about anything more than basic phone calls, texts and e-mail. If it is fast enough I will sometimes use the browser to look something up or read if i am on the bowl for a spell; wash my phone after of course! I have bid on Ebay a few times with the phone check weather, i wrote a small app to calculate some conversions i use. Other than that i strongly prefer a large REAL keyboard and screen. I loathe social media and would NEVER buy a song over Itunes. I have converted most all of my albums from CD to other lossless formats and MP3. Better sound and no additional cost! I read in the evening using a dedicated reader as E-ink does not keep me awake like a backlit tablet.
Now the number ONE, NUMERO UNO requirement I have is PERFORMANCE! I mean SPEED!!! additionally I want my phone to be SMALL! I am not a woman who carries a purse. So far all of apples new offerings are way TOO BIG! when i go hiking with my camera gear for a weekend i want a phone that is strong, fast and small. Same when i am in an urban setting. I want to carry less and I want convenience, big does not meet the req. The screen will NEVER be big enough for me to use it comfortably for en extended time frame. So release a small, water proof, shock proof unit that is fast and has a good support for someone who actually can use a computer and not just load “APPs” other have written and i will buy it! The way it is going I am go back to my flip phone.
