You Can No Longer Downgrade to iOS 8

You can no longer downgrade to the iOS 8 update or the iOS 9.0 update. Apple stopped signing off on those updates last week.

You can, however, downgrade to the iOS 9.0.1 update if you don't like the iOS 9.0.2 update. This is the only update you can downgrade to.

Apple doesn't announce when it stops signing on updates so you'll need to keep an eye out this week and next. Apple typically stops signing one to two weeks after a new release so there's a good chance it will stop signing in October.
