iOS beta releases are pretty irregular and can be fairly random though there is a release window that you need to keep in mind as we push into summer towards the fall.

Typically, Apple spaces its beta releases out by two weeks at least. This means that we probably won't see the second public iOS 9 beta until the end of July. At the earliest. 

Every beta will come with new features and fixes but they'll also come with their own collection of problems. That's why you need to prepare for each one.
