BTW:  Buy.com has them on sale ( after rebate ) for $39.95 + free shipping. No word on how long that special will last. My guess is that they are about to come out with a 2gb model and are pushing the inventory out of the channel pipeline. I’m using one with my Treo 700W and absolutely love it. I no longer carry flash or thumb drives with me.
