Windows Vista Beta 2 is now available for folks who have an MSDN or TechNet subscription, or who have been a part of the beta program.
If you don’t have a subscription, Microsoft will be announcing Customer Preview Program within the coming weeks for developers and IT professionals. Keep an eye on this page for more info regarding that program.
