Colin Walker Is Making Some Noise Across The Pond

Colin Walker has written an open letter to Microsoft. He’s concerned about the lack of marketing focus and evangelism from Microsoft in his home, the UK. Poor marketing and the lack of marketing are familar refrains in the Tabletscape everywhere, and Colin sees a real opening in the UK and offers some suggestions. Of course such an opening implies missed opportunites. I first picked up a link to Colin’s open letter from Down Under Tableteer Craig Pringle from New Zealand. Along with Hugo Ortega in Australia, Craig seems to beat the Microsoft drum quite loudly Down Under, and there certainly is no lack of blogging and community support for Microsoft’s efforts here in the states. For those living in the UK, let’s hope Colin’s letter grabs a bit of attention and begins to ratchet up the noise a bit.
