A Concept of Multi-Touch Copy and Paste

One of the complaints I’ve heard about the iPhone is that there is no way to cut/copy and paste info from one place to another. This bizarrely emotional video shows a concept for doing just that that some folks dreamed up. Of course on a Tablet PC this can be done with a pen pretty easily by selecting the text, right clicking and choosing the function you want to execute. With my fumble fingers that is a little tougher with touch on a UMPC and I’ve often thought it could be easier.

The point of posting this isn’t to bash (or praise) the iPhone. But just to wonder how a touch interface could evolve.
