Toshiba M750 Tablet PC Gets Official
Several weeks ago, we brought you early news of Toshiba’s upgraded Tablet PC, the M750. Toshiba made it all official today, listing it on ToshibaDirect.com. Checkout the full gallery of pictures. The M750-S2701 lists for $1699.

Processor: 2.26 ghz
Frontside bus: 1066 ghz
Memory: 2 gb
Display: 12.1†WXGA LED, 1280 x 800, supports indoor / outdoor viewing
Battery: 4.63 hours
Ports / slots: 1 Type II PC card slot, 2 USB 2.0 , 1 eSATA/ USB 2.0 combo ( supports sleep and charge ), 1394 Firewire, Bridge media adapter

Can we add an extra battery in the DVD slot like we can with the Fujitsu T4215?

unfortunately, not. The M400 / M700 series never supported a battery in the cd slot. However, the m750 does support a battery slice.

Sorry if this isn’t the best place for this comment but this post doesn’t seem to be displaying properly in the new layout GBM has switched to. The specs of the toshiba seem to get cut off in Firefox and IE.
Also, the comments link at the bottom of each post seems to be cut off altogether in IE.
Sorry if you’re already aware of these problems and are working on them but I just thought I’d let you know.

jake – are you referring to how the post looks on the homepage or on the article page? It looks ok on the article page to me, but I do see a problem at the bottom, where the system displays the teaser text and pushed Read More to below the frame.

There’s a slice available for the M700 as well, although I never really found it all that comfortable with the tablet.

Why doesn’t the RAM memory come in 1066MHz flavor like the FSB?
