If you can’t beat them and you’ve got a patent claim, then make your dough in legal proceedings. Texas company, Saxon Innovations filed a complaint with  the US International Trade Commission (ITC) against six companies seeking to bar them from importing handsets into the US based on the infringement of patents it holds. In addition to the companies named in the title of this post, the companies in question are HTC, Panasonic, and, AVC Networks of Japan.

Saxon has previously filed complaints against Apple, Dell, and HP for patent violations.
