Targus Releases Netbook Accessory Kit

Published

on

Netbooks seem like the only subcategory in the computer segment that is enjoying recession-proof growth and Targus has joined in on the craze. With 35 million netbooks projected to be sold in 2009 and over 130 million by 2013, it only makes sense that a computer accessory manufacturer releases a decent all-in-one kit for the netbook. Included in the kit is a 10.2″ Slipskin Peel Mini-Notebook neoprene sleeve that can be used alone or as added protection inside a larger bag (murses included), a mini 4-port USB 2.0 hub, and an Ultra Mini retractable optical mouse. And just in time for some recession-busting money savings, a pricepoint of 39.99 MSRP makes the kit quite the bargain. Checking Targus’ website, the Ultra Mini and USB hub come in at $25 a piece, so for $40, you get both plus a case. Not bad in this ailing economy.
