Nuance updated Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 so it will run on 64-Bit editions of Vista and Windows 7 Beta. Dragon Naturally Speaking 10.1 extends Dragon’s capabilities to Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 3. Dragon Naturally Speaking transcribes speech and allows users to control their computers with voice commands.

Dragon Naturally Speaking 10.1 also supports Internet Explorer 8 RC1 and Firefox 3.0.7. Using Dragon Voice Shortcuts you can search the web using commands such as “Search the Web for financial management resources” or “Search maps for Italian restaurants in Boston.”

This is a free upgrade for Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 users. Dragon Naturally Speaking 8 and Dragon Naturally Speaking 9 users can upgrade to the new version without losing their profiles and customizations.
