GBM InkShow: Catching Up With TechSmith at Web 2.0

I got a chance to meet our friends from TechSmith in person at the Web 2.0 conference in San Francisco. Betsy Weber is the chief evangelist at TechSmith and she was gracious enough to appear in an InkShow.

While TechSmith’s software is impressive, the one thing that sets the company apart is its excellent customer service. The first time I used Camtasia Studio I had some trouble with my presentation’s audio track and was really impressed with the customer service rep’s knowledge and patience.

She gave us an overview of TechSmith’s most popular programs, which are Camtasia Studio, Snagit and Jing. Betsy is incredibly enthusiastic about her company’s products and is a big tablet computing fan.

TechSmith’s products are reasonably priced and are free to try.  Click here to download Camtasia Studio.

Here are two examples of screen captures produced with Camtasia Studio that we mentioned in the InkShow:

As always, thank you to TechSmith for sponsoring our InkShows.
