Kensington Netbook Power Adapter, Accessories

kensington_netbook_chargerKensington announced five netbook accessories today, including a pint-sized universal power adapter that includes a USB port for charging your iPod or mobile phone. It’s compatible with Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, LG, Lenovo, MSI and Samsung netbooks thanks to interchangeable tips. The Kensington Mobile Power Adapter for Netbooks is available for $49 from Amazon.com.

Kensington also released a wireless mouse, USB mouse, neoprene sleeve and Kensington lock for netbooks.

All of the accessories are available now for pre-order from Amazon.com. They will be at major retailers by the end of this month.

    1. sorry, but why should anyone need a 100Watt power adapter for a netbook? Reduce it to 60 Watt or even less and reduce its size to at least 50% (especially the height) and it may be useful.

    2. I will get one for myself!!

    3. To me it doesn’t look any smaller than the stock adapter that came with my HP 2133.

    4. It’s definitely not the most compact AC adapter, but it’s much smaller than other universal Kensington chargers.
