Firefox 3.5 RC1 Now Available
Mozilla has put the Release Candidate 1 for Firefox 3.5 up for grabs and you can check it out or download it here. So far in early testing all looks good here (a few extensions/add-ons don’t work, so know that.) At a quick glance it does appear much faster than the earlier version.
Here’s the link.

Been running it since yesterday… much, much, MUCH faster than 3.0, and I haven’t encountered any major issues other than the theme I’ve been using isn’t fully up-to-date yet. All my extensions seem to work fine though, but as you said, best to check for updates first.

Gesso? Last time I tried, I couldn’t get the TIP to pop up in websites correctly. Any luck there?

I assume Gesso is an extension? Haven’t used it… but if you go to the add-ons page you can look it up and see if it’s had an update yet.

Yes, Gesso is the standard extension that allows tablet input. I’ve checked the current version, and it doesn’t seem to work with 3.5…. I was hoping someone would have a secret to share that I’d missed.

Big time disappointment for Vista user.
The browser going back ot old way, slow to open and has a network connecting problem when opened.
I uninstantiated it roll back to 3.0.11 until they fix the god damn thing. what a shame.
