Enable Multi-Touch Tab Switching in Firefox

Published

on

Apparently this has been around for awhile but it is the first I’m hearing about it. And since I don’t have a MacBook, I can’t try it out. It turns out there is a way to enable multi-touch tab switching in Firefox. Originally this was in the Firefox betas, but apparently now it is a hack you have to configure. From what I’m reading this looks like it is Mac only at the moment, but given that we expect to see more multi-touch enabled trackpads in the future on other devices, I’m guessing we’ll see it there as well.

CrunchGear has the lowdown on how to do this. And if you’ve got a Mac, leave a comment and let us know how this works for you.
