Always Innovating Touch Book Screen Shots

The folks behind the Always Innovating Touch Book (you remember, the Netbook with the detachable screen) have put up some screen shots ostensibly to show off some of the UI elements. From the last reports this is shipping, but like James Kendrick (where we grabbed the link) we haven’t heard of anyone getting there hands on the device as of yet. I say ostensibly because there isn’t really too much to view that separates this from any other Netbook UI that isn’t Windows XP. Remember the UI is supposed to change when you detach the keyboard. A video would probably show this off better, and we’d be happy to shoot one for them. (Hint, hint.)

    1. It kind of looks like they modeled the GUI after Windows Vista or Windows 7, I like it. I can’t wait till mine ships!

    2. We are tracking this daily over at http://innovatingtouch.com

One of the members received a postal service confirmation that it shipped on 17 August. With some luck we should all see some hands-on reviews soon!
