Group Giveaway: HP Envy 13 Notebook
I’ve been hanging out with some great tech bloggers in New York for the launch of Windows 7 for the past few days.
HP is giving away notebooks, TouchSmart PCs, gift cards and more at several retail stores in Manhattan. We’ve seen several New Yorkers win prizes at the stores.
Andru Edwards (GearLive), Judie Lipsett (GearDiary) Helena Stone (ChipChick), Hector Russo (GeeksRoom), Megan Ortiz (VivirLatino) and Steve Hughes (BostonPocketPC didn’t think that was fair for all of our readers outside of the area. We successfully convinced HP to kick down a prize just for our blog readers that was a notch up from the prizes being given away at the NY stores. The prize is an HP Envy 13, complete with an extended battery slice that boosts the max battery rating to 15 hours.
Each of the bloggers is going to choose a reader’s name to throw into a hat. Check out @andruedwards, @geardiary and @geeksroom on Twitter for more chances to win. This afternoon, we’ll pull a name and let you know who won.
