Tunebug Uses Bluetooth to Move Music to Any Flat Surface

Published

on

I’m not sure why I’m interested in this, but I am. Tunebug is made by Silicon Valley Global and it takes any Bluetooth enabled MP3 player and allows you to stream the music to any surface you lay the TuneBug on. Hype is about making is work with cycle helmets and the like, but if this actually works, it could be an interesting way of getting that music out without earbuds. There are a couple of versions. The wireless Shake streams the music wirelessly over Bluetooth, has a battery life pegged at 5 hours and runs $120. The Vibe is a wired solution and costs $70.
