    Shows how little I know about the Apple iPad, I just assumed it had multitasking. No wonder I’m holding out for a decent Windows 7/8 model so I can do some real work.

      No iPad multi-tasking until iOS 4.2, which is slated for November. But even then it won’t be true multi-tasking. More like fast app switching

        I would call it ‘managed multitasking’… more than just fast-app switching, but less than true multitasking. And using the new iPod Touch compared to the iPad … it feels like about the correct solution.

    And who says the iPad lacked a webcam and regular camera! Now you can get your video chat on while perusing the attached PowerPoint file.
