Along with the announcement of an upgraded 4G HSPA+ network to 42 Mbps download speeds, T-Mobile USA may be on the verge of targeting data for its next generation of growth. TmoNews is reporting on rumors that the nation’s fourth largest carrier and second largest GSM carrier will be releasing a total of 24 new devices in the 2011 calendar year, which will include tablets, USB modems, and mobile routers to provide instant hotspot access to the carrier’s network.

A few of the those devices have already been known or seen via leaks on the Internet recently. T-Mobile is expected to be working with Dell to release the 7-inch Streak, an Android tablet that’s expected to make its debut in 2011. Additionally, two mobile hotspot routers are expected just in the first half of 2011. There’s also been talk of a G Slate from the carrier, and many in the industry are expecting an updated Galaxy Tab model to come from Samsung to T-Mobile USA. LG is also expected to be releasing a slate for the carrier, though it’s unclear if it will be a specific model for T-Mobile exclusively or a re-badged Optimus Pad Android tablet.
