It looks like LG is getting ready to announce two new Android smartphones at CES–the company’s press conference is scheduled for 8 AM Pacific Time in Las Vegas on Tuesday, January 5th, 2011.

According to Engadget, the LG Revolution is a 4G Android smartphone that seems to resemble the LG Optimus 2X. With a 4G LTE radio for mobile broadband connection, the device could see a launch on Verizon Wireless’s network in the U.S.

The LG Optimus Black seems to fit the description for the Optimus B smartphone with a slim profile, bright IPS display promising “the best display clarity” on its 4-inch screen, and the world’s first 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
