GBM Reader Meetup in San Francisco: More Prizes And More Tickets Added!

If you live in and around the San Francisco Bay Area and you love free stuff and us here at GBM, you’ll be happy to know that more tickets and more prizes have been added to the reader meetup we are helping Samsung host on June 3rd here in the city by the bay.

Samsung is giving away some serious hardware at this event and you do not want to miss it. How serious you ask? Well, they’re going to be giving away 10 Samsung Galaxy Tab Wi-Fi’s, 5 Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1’s and five different smartphones. You don’t have to do anything other than just show up, check out Samsung’s products and mingle a little bit with us at GBM and folks from Android Community, SlashGear, IntoMobile, BetaNews, and NetShelter.

All in all, not a bad way to spend a couple of hours on a Friday night especially with the chance to take home the Galaxy Tab 10.1 a couple of days earlier than its street date of June 8th.

The event is free and again it’s going down on June 3rd from 7PM to 10PM. If you like free stuff or just want to talk Android with a bunch of people that love talking Android, then you’ll probably want to head to EventBrite and sign up. It says ‘Waitlist’ but they should be releasing more tickets soon as the building has a bigger capacity than was originally thought.
