Video: Android 4.0 Teased on the Asus Transformer Prime

For those of you that might be thinking about pulling the trigger on the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime, which just went up for pre-order on Amazon, you’ll probably want to take a look at this video that NVIDIA has put up showing off the elusive Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich running on Asus’ upcoming Tegra 3 powered Transformer Prime.

The video isn’t lengthy by any means but it does give us a fantastic glimpse at Android 4.0 running on a tablet, something that has remained in the shadows ever since Google announced the software back in October.

Of course, Android 4.0 won’t be the operating system that’s on board the Transformer Prime when it arrives though.

In fact, it will be running Android 3.2 Honeycomb out of the box. It will however get a scoop of ICS somewhere down the road so let this video be a little taste of what’s to come in the future.

Keep in mind this is an early preview but things are looking quite good from this end.
