I just got the Galaxy S II Skyrocket the other day and you know that geeks have to start fiddling right away right? YES. WE. DO. Well, one of the 1st things I noticed was that the build of Android on the Galaxy S II phones have an “iPhone-like tray” filled with 4 icons. These stay still at the bottom of the screen no matter which home screen you’ve scrolled to. Unlike the iPhone, you can’t just hold down on the screen and move icons in and out of that tray. The solution is not difficult to accomplish, but it’s not as intuitive as it should be either.
Here’s a quick video I put together tonight to show how it’s accomplished.
Stay tuned for more how-to videos for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone. If you want to see anything in particular, feel free to hit me up via email or Twitter.
