LG Prada 3.0 Unveiled – Android is Sexy

Published

on

You can’t tell much from a few product shots, but it seems as if the LG Prada 3.0 is rocking a very custom, sexy looking theme for Android Gingerbread. I am sure it’s a matter of time before that theme is ripped and shared for other phones.

From the press images shared today, it seems that the Prada 3.0 is in fact the Prada K2 that was leaked out back in October. The continued partnership between LG and Prada was made official today via press release. The Prada 3.0 sports Android 2.3.7 (Gingerbread) a 4.3-inch Gorilla Glass display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video capture, 8GB built-in storage w/ a microSD slot for more storage, and a decent sized 1540mAh battery. The phone is a very thin 8.5mm.

The completely decorated in classic black smartphone meets the clear and straightforward design philosophy of PRADA and is equipped with a large and bright touch screen on the front, and the PRADA Saffiano typical decoration on the back. Every detail exudes a simple elegance, with the special floating mass of Technology LG’s flat shape with the already impressive 8.5 mm thin still further emphasized. To complete the minimalist look of the phone has only a minimum of physical buttons.

How much and when? Both unknown at this point, but I can guarantee that I won’t be able to afford it, nor will most of you. It’s expected to hit in 2012 and according to Engadget, it will hit South Korea and Europe 1st.
