Leaked Camera Image Samples Said to Originate from Galaxy S III

A leaked sample image was said to have been taken with the camera from Samsung’s un-announced and un-released third-generation flagship Galaxy S III smartphone. The phone has seen a number of speculations in recent weeks, and the device is believed to be coming this Spring to succeed Samsung’s popular Galaxy S II smartphone.

The EXIF meta-tag data from the photograph shows that it was taken with a device with a model number of GT-I9500. As the Galaxy S I was given the model number GT-I9000, the Galaxy S II assigned the model GT-I9200, and the Galaxy Nexus designated as the GT-I9250, the incremental model number suggests that the camera image may be coming from the Galaxy S III.

The Galaxy S III is anticipated to be announced in February at Mobile World Congress. The device is rumored to have a quad-core Exynos CPU alongside an HD Super AMOLED Plus display and a 12-megapixel camera.
