Nokia Lumia 910 Windows Phone Rumored for Launch in May

Published

It looks like the Samsung Galaxy S III isn’t the only rumored device that Eldar Murtazin has been touting. No, he has also outed a phone that he is calling the Nokia Lumia 910 which will apparently be arriving in Europe ahead of the Nokia Lumia 910. As of right now, the only detail that he has revealed in regards to the Lumia 910, besides its possible release window, is that it has a 12MP camera on board.

Other than that little aspect, the phone remains a complete and utter mystery.

In case you haven’t been following, Nokia is planning on releasing an LTE version of the Lumia 900 in March. We’re extremely excited about the phone, so excited in fact, that we gave it our Best of Show award for CES 2012.

It’s no slouch.

Lumia 900

Will the Lumia 900 be joined by the Lumia 910?

Not to be left out, the UK is also expecting the Lumia 900 – not an LTE model unfortunately, during the month of June. We suspect that the company will reveal more details when the Mobile World Congress arrives next month.

So, where does this 12MP Lumia 910 fit in?

In May, apparently,

That’s when Murtazin is saying that it will launch. Consider us skeptical at best but if there is one thing going for Murtazin it’s that Nokia has been trying to make an extremely big splash worldwide with its new Windows Phones.

It has already launched both the Lumia 710 and the Lumia 800 and the Lumia 900 is on the way. So, it’s certainly possible that it has another phone up its sleeve, maybe for an announcement at MWC.

For now though, don’t hold your breath. Murtazin has been wrong in the past.
