Nokia Teases Purely Awesome Camera for Mobile World Congress (Video)

Mobile World Congress is just a couple of days out in the distance but that doesn’t mean companies aren’t releasing tidbits of information prior to their announcements. Earlier today, LG outed three of its new Optimus smartphones and now it’s Nokia’s turn as the Finnish company has unleashed a teaser video that we presume has to do with a device sporting a high-end camera.

The video doesn’t allude to a device in particular but because we haven’t heard anything about a Nokia-branded camera or a Nokia tablet with a high-end camera, we’re going to assume that this has to do with a new smartphone sporting a high-end camera.

Remember, we’ve heard that the company might be launching an international version of the Nokia Lumia 900 which will be void of the 4G LTE radio found in the version of AT&T but may include an upgraded camera.

The teaser video, which you can view below, doesn’t show off any hardware but it does make it clear that Nokia will be announcing something with a powerful camera on February 27th.

In the video, we see descriptors like ‘Pure detail,’ ‘Pure depth’ and ‘Pure definition’ flash across the screen in front of images that may have been taken with the product that’s being hyped.

Nokia has also been rumored to be releasing one last Symbian-powered smartphone in the Nokia 803 which will apparently be running Symbian Belle as its operating system. The 803 has also be pegged as having a huge camera sensor, so big, that it might end up being the biggest ever put into a smartphone.

The 803 is also rumored to sport a 4-inch AMOLED display, Near-Field Communication (NFC) for use with services like Google Wallet, microSIM support, as well as an HDMI-out port.

To be in the market one has to do something innovative and useful and here Nokia too is doing the same as the competition amongst the mobile brands are increasing day by day.

Nowadays Nokia is only concentrating in camera. They should try something new to fight with the competitors.
