I just tried to jailbreak my sprint 4s I was on 5.1.1 and it said my device was not supported even though I had the new vision 2.0 to jailbreak someone hit me up to help me.

I attempted to jailbreak my Verizon iPhone 4s a few times and I continued to get the “Hmm…something went wrong” message about 6 times. So, I did a iTunes restore (about 3 times now) and now Absinthe, both 2.0 and 2.1, says my device is not supported? It was supported just before the iTunes restore so I don’t get it!

  5. David says

Does anyone know how to or if it is possible jailbreak without activation 4s on 5.1.1?

I have an Iphone 4s one O2, i used it to activate the iphone.
This then allowed me to use absinthe 2.0.4. The jailbreak was successfull i found cydia worked.
I wanted to use another sim card, once a different sim card is inserted, the phone reboots and requires activation again?
I thought once it was jailbroken i could use any sim?

Is there any more steps i require?

    Many thanks
