Droid Incredible 4G LTE Launches July 5th

The long-awaited Droid Incredible 4G LTE release date is finally here.


The latest HTC Incredible 4G LTE will go on sale July 5th for $149.99 after a $50 mail in rebate.

We first told you about this launch date last week, and now Verizon has confirmed the launch and features for the Incredible 4G LTE, which is thankfully much cheaper than the originally leaked price.

The HTC Incredible 4G LTE maintains a small and pocketable 4-inch display, one of the few 4G LTE smartphones with a 4-inch display. The 4G LTE connection offers upload and download speeds up to 10 times faster than 3G, a very noticeable increase for users upgrading from an old Droid Incredible. The 4G LTE connection can be shared with a laptop or other devices for free with the new Verizon Share Everything plans.

The Droid Incredible 4G LTE goes on sale on July 5th.

Users will find Beats Audio infused into the Incredible 4G LTE with enhanced sound available to any app on the phone. Beats Audio claims to deliver audio to users in the manner artists intend it to be heard.

There is an 8MP rear facing camera on the Droid Incredible 4G LTE with LED flash and autofocus. There is also a front facing camera for video chatting.

The HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE has a 1.2GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB of built-in storage with a Micro SD card slot capable of accepting up to a 32GB card. The Incredible 4G LTE ships with Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich. There is no word on the availability of Android 4.1 Jellybean for the Droid Incredible 4G LTE.
