Verizon will soon offer Samsung Galaxy S III in brown or black, adding two of the new Galaxy S III colors to the company’s offerings.

Verizon already offers the Galaxy S III in white or blue, and according to a sign up page, the carrier will start to offer the Galaxy S III in black or brown.

The Galaxy S III will soon arrive on Verizon in new colors.

The new Samsung Galaxy S III colors will likely cost $199 for a 16GB and $299 for the 32GB model, the same as the current models. The only major difference between the phones is the color of the plastic shell around the flagship Android smartphone.

We expect the new colors to arrive sometime before the holidays. The smartphone market is very busy at the end of the year, and new colors are a great way to draw attention to a phone that’s a few months older than the iPhone 5 and the wave of Windows Phones that will arrive in the U.S. market in November.

Between Verizon Wireless and AT&T U.S. Android fans have access to every color of the Galaxy S III except for Titanium Grey. Maybe we’ll see that color sometime in the near future, but four out of five color options isn’t bad.

The Samsung Galaxy S II is currently available on Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and will soon come to MetroPCS. The phone starts at $199 on each postpaid carrier. Amazon Wireless sells the phone for $99 on Sprint, $119 on AT&T, and $129 on Verizon.
