Published

on

The Sprint Galaxy Note 2 is now available for $99, a discount of $200 off buying at a Sprint store.

Amazon Wireless offers the best Galaxy Note 2 deal around, chopping the price of the Android 4.1 phablet down to size, with a two-year contract.

New Sprint shoppers can pick up the Galaxy Note 2 for $99 in white or grey. Current Sprint customers don’t fare as well, but can still save with a $199 Galaxy Note 2.

The Sprint Galaxy Note 2 replaces the $99 Galaxy Note 2 deal for the Verizon model, which went on sale on December 7th. The Verizon Galaxy Note 2 is now $199 for new customers and $279 for current Verizon customers. The AT&T Galaxy Note 2 is currently $174 for new customers and $274 for current customers.

Sprint is an attractive Galaxy Note 2 carrier thanks to unlimited data plans, but customers may be disappointed by the state of Sprint’s current 4G LTE network, which is smaller than Verizon and AT&T. Even with the limited 4G LTE network, the Galaxy Note 2 is a flagship device that is an amazing deal at $99.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 earned a Gotta Be Mobile Editor’s Choice thanks in part to its ability to multitask with Samsung’s innovative software that runs on top of Android 4.1. The Note 2 includes the S-Pen, a small stylus that interacts with the Note 2’s display to take notes, preview alerts and more.

Multi-Window View is one of the biggest features of the Galaxy Note 2, allowing users to open multiple applications at once. The video below shows how it’s possible to use two apps on-screen at the same time on the Galaxy Note 2.

The Galaxy Note 2 features a 5.5-inch HD display, quad-core processor and a 8MP camera on the back. The phone ships with Android 4.1, and will likely see an Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update in 2013. The Galaxy Note 2 shares a design language with the Galaxy S3, which means users are in for good build quality and a nice looking phone.

I just went to the local Sprint store, and was told that they had no idea what i was talking about. I kinda felt stupid asking about it.

Did you fail to read the very first line of this article? They were talking about discounts at places *besides* the Sprint store, such as Amazon.
