T-Mobile offers a little known pre-paid 4G plan for new users with 5GB of 4G speed data at just $30 a month. The plan includes unlimited data, though speeds decrease after 5GB and unlimited texting, but just 100 minutes so the plan isn't a good one for heavy talkers. The plan includes an option to add a hotspot for $15 a month and it is a nice fit with the Nexus 4 and other smartphones.
