While the Nexus 4 remains sold out through the Google Play Store and currently available through T-Mobile, it appears that another option may become available to consumers soon as Best Buy’s website is now listing the Nexus 4, a sign that it may arrive soon.

Since December, the Nexus 4 has been sold out through Google’s Play Store, leaving those looking for an unlocked Nexus 4 without any official means of buying the phone. Customers looking for a quick fix have found the phone on sites like eBay and Craigslist but the pricing for the 8GB and 16GB Nexus 4 models has been much more expensive than the prices through Google.

The carrier-locked T-Mobile option has also seen its fair share of supply issues as the device has been in and out of stock since it landed in November. It is currently available through T-Mobile though there is no telling how long that might last.

For those looking for another option, it appears that the device might become available soon through another retailer. A Nexus 4 Best Buy listing, discovered by Android Police, shows off what might become an official listing in the days to come. Currently, the Nexus 4 is listed as “Sold Out Online” though that could change at any point.

Best Buy’s website shows two options for potential customers. The first, a $199.99 on-contract version of the phone which falls in line with T-Mobile’s pricing through its stores. In addition, it appears that the phone will be purchasable unactivated for $600 which is far more expensive than many probably were hoping for.

The Nexus 4 has appeared at Best Buy.

Still, for those that have been looking to snag a Nexus 4 either unactivated or for T-Mobile, this may be a place that users will want to go. Keep in mind, T-Mobile charges $199.99 after a mail-in rebate so those that are forgetful might want to go through this route as it appears that the $199 price will come without one.

The Nexus 4 has remained an elusive figure since its launch in November. However, LG says that the supply issues that have plagued it since launch will be remedied by the middle of February. It’s unclear though how exactly that might affect supply in the U.S. Google Play Store which has been sold out of the Nexus 4 since last month.
