If a new leak is accurate, and a supposed Samsung Galaxy S4 launch date is on point, it appears as though T-Mobile will release the Galaxy S3 LTE model on its network after the Galaxy S4 launch date.

Back at CES 2013, T-Mobile confirmed some good news in that it would be carrying the 4G LTE version of the Galaxy S3 at some point in the future. The company, unfortunately, did not specify when the 4G LTE enabled model would touch down for its upcoming 4G LTE network.

The Galaxy S3 LTE could hit T-Mobile after Samsung launches the Galaxy S4.

A new piece of evidence that emerged today, courtesy of TMoNews, pegs the release of the Galaxy S3 LTE as coming on either March 27th or April 4th, two dates that are quite a ways off from now. These dates are also significant because it means that the Galaxy S3 LTE may hit T-Mobile after Samsung announces the Galaxy S4, the successor to the Galaxy S3.

Rumor has it, Samsung might be looking to launch the Galaxy S4 on March 22nd at an Unpacked event of its own, skipping Mobile World Congress 2013 for a flagship launch once again. Samsung still hasn’t confirmed that date so it’s entirely possibly that the company will be launching it on another day entirely. However, the Galaxy S4 launch could beat the T-Mobile Galaxy S3 release in terms of timing.

The Galaxy S4 isn’t expected to be released until April and that timing could apply to regions like Asia and Europe and not the United States, meaning customers in the U.S. could be waiting longer than that.

There are also rumors thus far that suggest that T-Mobile will be getting the Galaxy S4. Thus far, the only thing close to a U.S. carrier rumor has been a rumor string suggesting an arrival on AT&T. That rumor though is flimsy at best.

However, given the success of the Galaxy S3 on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Verizon, it would be odd to see the Galaxy S4 skip T-Mobile’s 4G LTE network entirely.

The Galaxy S4 is rumored to have a 4.99-inch 1080p display, quad-core processor, 13MP, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, Google’s latest version of the software.
