Nexus 4 On Sale for $50 at T-Mobile

Published

on

There’s a new Nexus 4 deal for shoppers willing to sign a two-year contract with T-Mobile.

T-Mobile now offers the Nexus 4 for $50 with a two-year contract, a savings of $150 off the normal contract price on T-Mobile and $300 cheaper than the off-contract price on the Google Play Store.

This Nexus 4 deal beats the $89 Nexus 4 sale we saw yesterday, and comes with the benefit of buying direct from T-Mobile and avoiding the extra Let’s Talk ETF.

Nexus 4 deals

Nexus 4 deals are starting to arrive in frequency.

The T-Mobile Nexus 4 sale is only available online until February 18th. The Nexus 4 is in stock at T-Mobile so users shouldn’t see too long of a wait to ge the device. The Nexus 4 is in stock in the Google Play Store without a contract, but currently shows 2-3 weeks of shipping time.

Now that Google and LG appear to have the Nexus 4 supply under control we are finally starting to see sales on the Nexus 4, though it is unlikely that we will see any great deals on the Google Play store, especially considering the already low unlocked price, which is nearly 50% less than an off-contract iPhone 5.

It’s possible that we will see some refurbished Nexus 4 deals in the coming months, offering a cheaper Nexus 4 without a contract, but without multiple carriers selling the Nexus 4 and no listing on Amazon Wireless, deals are likely to remain limited.

Estimates place Nexus 4 sales at close to 1 million, though neither LG or Google have commented on the number of Nexus 4 devices sold.

The Nexus 4 features a 4.70-inch 720P HD display and a sleek construction with a glass back that shimmers in the light. Google promises fast updates to the Nexus 4, which means it is running the latest version of Android and should be first in line for an update to Android 5.0, which we expect to see at Google I/O in May.
