Refurbished editions of Apple’s latest generation of iPads are now available at the Apple Store.

The discounted models include the iPad with Retina display Wi-fi + Cellular for Verizon customers with 16GB of storage in both white and black for $579, and the white version with 32GB of storage for $679.

The Refurbished iPad mini with Wi-Fi + Cellular for Verizon customers who are comfortable with 16GB of storage can save $30, with the device in black also selling on the site for $429.

Both of these devices were revealed just this past October. They include all the latest in technology currently available to iPad users, including the latest the new Apple A6 chip in the full size iPad with Retina Display and the dual-core A5 in the case of the iPad mini. These units also belong to Apple’s first generation of iPads with the new Lightning connector. You’ll remember that connector replaced the larger 3-pin dock connector that had been previously used on all of Apple’s iPhones, iPads and iPods. So those who’ve already invested heavily in accessories should factor replacements for some of their favorite accessories into their buying equation.

Though you’re paying for a unit that’s been slightly used, these discounts come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. That could be just the thing to push users on the fence about the Apple’s latest generation of mobile devices over the edge. Factory fresh editions of the Wi-Fi + Cellular 16GB iPad mini will currently set you back $459, while the 16GB & 32GB versions of the iPad with Retina Display Wi-Fi + Cellular ship for $629 and $729 respectively.
