    The phone came out in 2011 and it’s barely receiving this update? this is truly sad. I’m sure a lot of people moved on from the bionic. I know i did. I gave my mother the phone.

    But, I’m not understanding the install. I extracted the file to my SD card, rebooted, but it doesn’t do anything but boot into the ICS OS

    You need to boot into recovery and install from there. Make sure you’re not running Safestrap, as you’ll get an abortive error.

    Very disappointed with the Motorola Bionic will be getting a new phone in 2 weeks and it will not be another Motorola. The upgrade is to late for me but I do wish the best for Bionic owners.
