The 5 Best Sprint Smartphones [July, 2013]

Published

on

Those looking to buy a smartphone on Sprint during the month of July are going to have quite the task as the carrier currently boasts a large lineup of high quality devices, all of which are calling the names of consumers.

While the first half of 2013 was a bit slower than usual, it produced several big name smartphones that landed in the United States to replace the models from last year. One of the beneficiaries of these launches was the third largest service provider in the United States, Sprint, which currently boasts some of the best smartphones that money can buy. Of course, Sprint also boasts some other attractive features as well.

For one, the Now Network still is the only major carrier that offers pure unlimited data to new customers, something that rivals AT&T and Verizon canned a long time ago. And second, it possesses a growing 4G LTE network that still isn’t at the size of the networks on Verizon or AT&T, but one that is growing by the month.

With pure unlimited data and a fast growing LTE network on hand, Sprint is a logical option for those looking for a new smartphone. And as we’ve said, those are joined by a large smartphone selection that should not only excited but also baffle some smartphone shoppers.

We say baffle because there are simply just a ton of options on the table for those shopping on Sprint. And when there are a ton of options, smartphone shoppers will need to narrow their list down. For many, that list should contain the best smartphones that money can buy and like AT&T, Verizon and others, Sprint has devices that simply standout from the rest.

That said, here, we take a look at what we consider to be the five best smartphones on Sprint for the month of July, 2013.

The iPhone 5 remains a premier choice on Sprint's network and likely will remain one until the iPhone 5S arrives later on this year to replace it.

Sprint's iPhone 5 remains the only iPhone 5 that features pure unlimited data, something that it pairs with iOS 6, an upcoming update to iOS 7, a solid camera, fantastic design, beautiful display and more.

Apple's iPhone 5 still is $199.99 though those who are willing to buy it pre-owned can find it for a mere $50 on-contract through the United States' third largest carrier.
