ZeroChroma is back with a thinner iPhone 5s case, a new iPad mini case and a new design that offers more angles than previous cases.
These cases include a built-in kickstand that lets users quickly prop up the iPhone or iPad mini without the need to carry a kickstand with you.
The Gotta Be Mobile team carried the iPhone and iPad mini ZeroChroma cases around for the last year and the designs hold up well even with daily use of the kickstand, and the new design allows even more flexibility.
The old model offered 11 points to click and rest the device at an angle and the new design skips out on the clicks for a more elegant solution that allows users to place the case at any angle.
This new design is also on a thin iPad mini case that can be used with a Smart Cover from Apple or on a ZeroChroma case that allows a slide in flip cover that is similar to the Smart Cover. The iPad mini flip cover from ZeroChroma includes a smart fold that lets users flip back the edge and magnetically lock it in place for taking photos with the iPad mini.
The team tells us that the slide in cover is just the start and one with magnets strong enough to hold the iPad mini to your fridge is in the works as well as a attachment that could connect to the back of a seat to make the iPad mini a TV mounted for watching from the back seat of a car.
These cases are early samples, but we should see the new models arrive in the coming months with a very similar look and feel.
