In 2011 TouchWiz evolved to the more recognizable TOuchWiz 4.0 which arrived on the Samsung Galaxy S2 and brought the first Galaxy Note specific apps to the mix later that year when Samsung announced the Galaxy Note. TouchWiz 4.0 added Motion control which at the time was limited to finger movement on the screen, but as modern Galaxy device owners know has expanded to include actual motion without touching the device. Samsung also included eight to nine apps that delivered specific Samsung features, sometimes duplicating stock Android apps.
