The LG G3 is the successor to the LG G2, a device that served as a solid competitor to the iPhone 5s. From the look of things, the LG G3 will improve on the success of the LG G2 and serve as a rival to the iPhone 5s and the iPhone 6 when it arrives later on this year. LG has tacked on a number of improvements including a better design, camera, processor, and yes, a Quad HD display for fantastic looking content. LG's minimal UI over Android is something worth noting as well. We fully expect this to be LG's best smartphone since the LG G2 and we think that it will serve as a quality replacement for the iPhone 6 should you not be able to wait that long. i have an Iphone 4, looking to buy and iphone 5. wanting to change to an Android actually. But I have everything on Icloud. How do I transfer contacts, notes, apps, etc to an Andriod

first : sync everything from icloud to your phone. then go to Mail setting and make sure that notes are synced with Gmail ( should use Gmail ) . About contact, there is a variety of apps supporting syncing it , of course, have to use Gmail. App installation on android is much easier . WELCOME TO ANDROID
