New alleged iPhone 6 pictures from Asia depict the well documented dummy unit next to the iPhone 5s and the HTC One M8. However, these new photos are extremely crisp, offer a number of viewing angles and give us what could be the best look yet at the iPhone 6 next to the iPhone 5s and one of its strongest Android competitors.

Apple’s iPhone 6 is one of the company’s worst kept secrets. Thanks to a series of leaks, reports and rumors, it has become clear that Apple is developing a brand new iPhone for 2014 and a device that will ultimately replace the iPhone 5s as its flagship model.

With a release rumored for the fall, the iPhone 6 remains the elephant in the room. However, as we get further away from WWDC 2014 and closer to the fall, we’re starting to see the iPhone 6 rumor mill start to generate some precise details.

This month alone we’ve seen rumors attempt to pinpoint the device’s display size, resolution, processor, camera, design, release date, and more. And today, a leak has thrown fuel onto the fire as new iPhone 6 pictures appear to showcase iPhone 6 rumors next to the iPhone 5s and one of the top Android smartphones on the market, the HTC One M8.

In the past few months, we’ve seen supposed iPhone 6 dummy units emerge showcasing what is believed to be the iPhone 6 design or at the very least, something similar to what Apple will put out later this year. These units have emerged time and time again and those in possession of them have put them on display next to various devices including the iPod touch, a device that the iPhone 6 is said to mimic, and the Galaxy S5.

We’ve also seen it compared to the iPhone 5s and HTC One M8 but never in this great of detail. New photos from Korean site Seeko and Japanese site Ascii showcase the alleged iPhone 6 design in great detail and put those iPhone 6 rumors next to the current iPhone and HTC’s flagship.

The photos give us an extremely clear look at the iPhone 6’s possible look including its thin form factor which is said to be in the vicinity of 7mm and the device’s taller design which is due to the larger display that’s said to be on board. Given the size difference, it appears that this is the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and not the 5.5-inch model.

This iPhone 6 dummy unit fits right in between the 4-inch iPhone 5s and the 5-inch HTC One M8 and it falls in line with iPhone 6 design rumors that have been swirling around for months now.

The iPhone 5s and HTC One M8 represent two of the iPhone 6’s biggest rivals. The iPhone 5s is still a hot commodity and could get more attractive this fall with a price drop. The HTC One M8 is one of the top smartphones on the market and thanks to a handful of impressive features, it should remain one of the top challengers deep into the year and into the holidays.

iPhone 6 rumors suggest that it will be a powerful successor to the iPhone 5s. Rumors state that the device will come with a new higher-resolution Retina Display, an A8 processor that offers 64-bit power, a brand new camera with image stabilization, and the same Touch ID technology that Apple debuted with the iPhone 5s. It should also come with Apple’s brand new iOS 8 update.

Release date rumors continue to point to the fall, a window that lines up perfectly with Apple’s announced fall iOS 8 release date. Rumors have firmed up around September for the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 launch while 5.5-inch iPhone 6 launch rumors point to an arrival in October or November, after Apple’s initial launch.

The new iPhone is expected to join an iWatch, the iPad Air 2 and the iPad mini 3 later this year.
