Evernote was one of the first Android apps to fully embrace the tablet interface, and it continues to be one of the best options around. Not only does Evernote look awesome, but it has so many features and syncing options you should use it daily anyways. Evernote has cross-platform support, cloud support, and an array of note-taking features. You can even upload images of food and write notes for the recipe right inside the app. It's pretty powerful and convenient.
