Galaxy Note 4 Release Date (U.S.) Making Progress

Published

on

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release for the United States continues to make progress behind the scenes in the buildup to October and while we still don’t have a Galaxy Note 4 release date it looks like we could see U.S. carriers make their announcements in the near future.

On September 3rd, Samsung took the stage and announced the all new Galaxy Note 4, the company’s fourth-generation Galaxy Note and a device that’s poised to replace the Galaxy Note 3 as the company’s flagship. At the launch event, Samsung went into great detail about its Next Big Thing though it did hold back on some of the key details including the Galaxy Note 4 price and the specific Galaxy Note 4 release date.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 release date is confirmed for October though a specific date in the United States and abroad remains unclear. We’ve seen an October 10th release date pop up at retailers in the Netherlands but that date remains unconfirmed. We’ve also spotted a possible October 3rd release date pop up on Amazon in a Galaxy Note 4 pre-order though that date, like October 10th, is a bit flimsy and unconfirmed.

While the specific Galaxy Note 4 release date remains unclear, what is clear that the Galaxy Note 4 release date is making progress. While Samsung remains mum about a release, we’ve seen the Galaxy Note 4 release remain very active behind the scenes.

Over the past week or so we’ve spotted international variants passing through their Bluetooth certification. We’ve seen Galaxy Note 4 variants pass through the FCC including the AT&T Galaxy Note 4. Today, another U.S. bound Galaxy Note 4 model has been tracked down through the FCC which is another big step toward the Galaxy Note 4 release in the United States.

The Sprint Galaxy Note 4 release date is inching closer. We know this because the device, model number SM-N910P, has been spotted cruising through the FCC’s clutches on its way to shelves. The FCC is one of the key hurdles that a smartphone must cross before it lands on shelves so what this filing means is that the U.S. Galaxy Note 4 release date, at least on Sprint, is one step closer to becoming a reality.

Unfortunately, the filing does not confirm any specific release date details. Sprint, like its rivals, remains silent about the Galaxy Note 4 release date in the U.S. It’s not just the U.S. either. Carriers around the world remain mum about the Galaxy Note 4 release date, the day on which the Galaxy Note 4 will arrive to challenge the iPhone 6, Moto X and others.

While the Galaxy Note 4 release date remains out of reach, we do know what to expect from the Galaxy Note 4 specs. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be loaded up with new features including a new 5.7-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 805 processor from Qualcomm, 16MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization, new design that features plastic and metal, 32GB of storage, Android 4.4.4 KitKat, new software, and a brand new S Pen.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 will be a powerful smartphone but it will have to contend with the iPhone 6, a device that will feature 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch displays combined with a sleek metal design. The iPhone 6 is already up for pre-order in the U.S. and other key regions with a release date that’s confirmed for September 19th. At this point, it looks like Apple will beat the Galaxy Note 4 to release despite launching a week earlier.

It will also have to match up with the new Moto X from Motorola, a successor to the original Moto X, and a device that’s expected to arrive sometime later on this month to replace the original Moto X from last year.

But the people who preferred the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus won’t receive there phone until Oct.7 and Oct.21 by then they might change and go to the note 4 also the note 4 now features metal to, but specs wise the galaxy note 4 is way ahead of the iPhone 6

Stop regurgitating Note 4 news daily and come with real release dates or prices. This is same news you’ve posted since Monday with different date stamps. Hopefully Samsung give some news next week

I agree with Mic. Stop with this nonsense. If you don’t have anything new, just please just stop.

This is monumentally ludicrous! This repetitive content is beyond unacceptable and hints at unethical journalism tactics. I am appalled at this website’s recycling of content in order to keep readers desperately hooked like low quality digital cocaine that keeps its customers begging for it nightly.
Good day to you and your scandalous website.
    …I said good day!

I don’t understand with the wait. Why didn’t Samsung run everything through the blue cert before hand , and launch week after announcing it. I mean I’ve been anxious for the release and was very disappointed I have to wait longer. Come on they have a good year to set things up. Hopefully confirm a date soon.
